Welcome to UAHCS Physical Medicine

This comprehensive evidenced based Master’s Level Health Care Science degree consists of 65 credits. The Master’s progam focuses on the fundamental concepts of MSK assessment and treatment. It is divided into 8 regions of the body (Head & Neck, Shoulder, Elbow-Hand, Thorax, Lumbopelvic, Hip& Thigh, Knee and Leg-Foot) with 6 areas of focused study in each (Anatomy, ROM & Palpation, MMT, Special Tests, Conditions and Therapeutic treatment options.) In addition of earning a Master’s in Physical Medicine, a total of 8 Professional Certifications will be awarded with the successful completion of this Master’s Program.
